TERMS OF USE

Welcome to SquadX, a new company dedicated to providing exciting PUBG Mobile tournaments and prizes for the Arab community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SquadX services, including our website and tournament-related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you ("User", "you", "player") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Your Account:

  1. Account Registration To participate in our tournaments, you need to register an account with SquadX. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. SquadX reserves the right to deny registration or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or provide false information.

  2. Account Termination You may terminate your account at any time through our website. SquadX may also terminate your account for inactivity, violation of these Terms, or suspected unlawful activity. Upon termination, your account data, including virtual currency and goods, will be deleted without compensation or refund.

  3. Account Security You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. SquadX is not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized access to your account unless it is due to our gross negligence.

  4. Privacy Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 
2. Refund Policy:

No Refunds All ticket purchases for SquadX tournaments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you assume the risk of participating and the outcome of your performance in the tournament.

 
3. Tournaments and Prizes:

SquadX organizes PUBG Mobile tournaments, and we strive to ensure fair play and rewarding experiences. All participants play at their own risk. SquadX is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the tournament.

 
4. Prohibited Uses:

You agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Exploiting or reverse-engineering our Service.

  • Engaging in unlawful or harmful activities.

  • Disrespecting or using offensive language towards other players.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

 
5. Amendments and Updates:

SquadX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Service after such changes implies your acceptance.

 
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. Disclaimers SquadX provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our Service.

  2. Limitation of Liability SquadX is not liable for any damages or losses that arise from your use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 
7. Governing Law and Disputes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, and users waive their right to a class-action lawsuit.

 
8. Miscellaneous:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SquadX regarding the use of our Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.​
